Corporate Event for The Knot Magazine
The Knot hosted their Corporate Event and Lunch Workshop in The White Room’s Villa Blanca. There were over 75 attendees that were welcomed with Blueberry Lemonade Mocktails and butler passed Hors d’ oeuvres of Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna Wontons. For lunch the menu we served on our House Antique China: Strawberry Feta Salad, the crowd pleasing Shrimp and Grits Station, Seafood and Chicken Paella, Roasted Asparagus, Hand carved Beef Tenderloin with a mushroom demi glaze and horseradish cream sauce, and herb whipped potatoes. For dessert we served our new menu additions: Ice cream sandwich popsicles with sprinkles and donuts and mini jars of milk.
