I had looked for venues for awhile, and had found that they were all dull. Just plain white walls and nothing exciting, then I came across the White Room and checked it out. It was unbelievable!! The most gorgeous views and room. I used the 3rd floor rooftop.It was amazing. Jen was my event planner and she was the reason my reception was perfect. I must have sent her 100 emails, and every time she responded immediately. She was so willing to help me, and so professional. She was able to answer all my questions and help with any suggestions. The food was awesome. The White Room holds a food tasting so you can try different foods, and some of their drinks. The food is made on site, and was fantastic. My guests are still talking about it. We had a sit down dinner. The servers were great, they mingled and were on top of everything. The venue itself is breathtaking. They include all furniture inside and on the rooftop, and it is beautiful. There are no hidden costs for furniture rental, tables and chairs, cake cutting, dish ware, linens, clean up, or other fees that other venues charge. The space is so beautifully decorated that you do not need to spend money on extra decorations. The inside were we had dinner had exposed brick, and you felt like you were in a amazing loft in New York City. The rooftop is amazing and they have the bar there. The views are unbelievable. You see the whole downtown and the river. My guests could not believe how amazing the whole reception was. The reception and venue felt like we were king and queen. The value of what you get is amazing. They have the best prices and it is worth every penny! During cocktail hour the servers passed around our signature drink,which everyone loved, and hors de’ oeuvres. Everything had such an amazing flow. From cocktail hour, to inside for a butler passed seated dinner, toasts, cake cutting, to dancing. At the end of the night Jen arranged our grand exit. Everyone was escorted outside, and had sparklers lit while we got in our getaway car. Amazing. The White Room should be the only venue you look at and chose. I am telling you, I could not have asked for a more perfect choice!! We felt like royalty and the guests could not believe how amazing it was. They had every detail perfect. They were so knowledgable and professional. I recommend The White Room to everyone!! It really was perfect!!

AMAZING!!! The venue was BEAUTIFUL!! We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and that the venue was PERFECT!! We had our ceremony on the rooftop overlooking the bay and the day was amazing…the weather perfect, the service great and everything looked perfect. They are very professional and quick on responding with any questions. You receive you own event manager that will work with you on any questions, concerns, and ideas you may have. Meghan was so sweet and very professional! They have the entire process of the wedding day down perfectly …it was flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better day and The White Room staff helped deliver exactly that. The value is spot on for all of the services you are receiving. I hope you choose to have your special day there. My day was so memorable and perfect…I promise if you choose this venue you will have the same experience.

The White Room was absolutley hands down the best people and place to work with for my wedding reception. Not only was the staff friendly, helpful, timely, and accomodating, but my guests said the food at our wedding was the best wedding food they had ever had. I planned an out of state wedding and had no problems at all with any of the planning over email and phone calls. The location and setup is top notch. They helped me set up everything in the way that I wanted and never stepped in the way at all. The wait staff during the reception was awesome too! They helped the night go smoothly and coordinated our depature at the end of the night. I think this place is fantastic!!!!

They over exceeded all my expectations. Our guests are still raving about the food and the view 6 months later. Our ceremony was held on their beautiful rooftop that overlooks the water….we have beautiful pictures of sailboats sailing by behind us during our vows. I just can’t express how wonderful everything was. It was also a great location considering that I had many out of town guests that had never been to St Augustine before. It really captured the simple beauty of the historic city and gave them more than just another wedding to attend. I can honestly say that the White Room didn’t just give my husband and I a memorable wedding. They gave it to all of our guests too.

On September 16, 2011 my sister got married. Her reception was at the White Room. What made our day particularly difficult was that this was a destination wedding and also that I acted as both the maid of honor and also her wedding planner. This 2 job day I quickly realized was more than I could handle. Meghan Berman our event coordinator and The White Room staff stepped in and made it fantastic. Not only did the night go as smooth as possible, but they went out of their way to help us out. When my dad realized the battery in his camera remote was out, a staff member ran out to get a new one right in the middle of the party. That was more than we could have asked for. I had trouble letting go of the control for the night, but I was put at ease with Meghan and the staff and I was able to relax and have fun. Being the wedding planner I was so appreciative of Meghan’s quick responses to all of my millions of questions I had the year prior to the event and she really made me feel that no question was too small or silly. From one wedding planner who has seen her fair share of events, good and bad, I highly recommend this facility if you are trying to figure out a place for your reception in St. Augustine, Florida. My sister was and still is overjoyed with her wedding night experience at The White Room. Thank you to Meghan, and all the staff! Much love, M. Drawe
